Forum and Spam and Russia! Oh my!
Posted in Posts on January 19th, 2007What the heck is up with Spam these days… I’ve got a small forum, with a small group of select users. Yet every single day I get approximately 10 attempted Registrations by Spammers. I have software installed now to prevent them from getting through, but it is no less annoying. 90% of them originate in .ru (Russian) domains… Does anyone have a list of Russian IP’s? I don’t have any real visitors from there, so I have no issue with simply blocking the whole subnet.
Frustrating!
